Door Trimming is required if you don’t have a minimum of 8mm allowance before the laying of Vinyl.

Is Vinyl more expensive than Wood?

How to measure Flooring in Square Feet?

Use a tape measure to determine the room’s length and width. Then multiply the length by the width to get your square footage. For instance, if the room is 12 feet wide and 12 feet long, you will need enough flooring for 144 square feet (12×12=144).

What is the difference between SPC and LVT vinyl flooring? Do you carry both products?

Yes, we carry both SPC and LVT Vinyl Flooring. SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring is more rigid and durable, making it ideal for high-traffic areas. LVT (Luxury Vinyl Tile) flooring is more flexible and offers a softer feel underfoot, making it suitable for residential spaces where comfort is a priority.

  • Vinyl Material Warranty Duration: 25 Years.
  • Coverage: Our vinyl materials are warranted for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is designed to assure you of our product's durability and long-lasting quality under normal household use.

The warranty specifically covers scenarios where the flooring may contract, expand, curl, crack, rip, or tear during typical usage. However, it does not cover damages related to construction activities, improper installation, or harm caused by sharp cutting objects. These exclusions ensure that the warranty focuses on manufacturing quality and durability under normal conditions.

Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Scope of Warranty:

  • Vinyl Integrity: This lifetime warranty specifically covers any separation of vinyl causing gaps or expansion leading to warping. It also includes instances where contraction leads to separation of vinyl by more than 5mm.
  • Labor Costs: For any issues that fall under this warranty, we will not charge any labour fees. Our commitment is to resolve these concerns without additional labour costs to you.

Service Fees:

  • Vinyl Replacement: In cases requiring vinyl replacement, we apply a nominal service fee of $80 per piece. This fee covers the expenses for our expert team’s site visit, ensuring prompt and efficient service.

Exclusions:

  • Sharp Object Damage: We do not cover damage such as scratches or punctures that are caused by sharp objects.
  • Water Damage: Damages resulting from water seepage through wall edges due to plumbing or pipe issues are not included under this warranty.

How is PVC skirting installed and what are its benefits?

PVC skirting is installed by gluing it to the walls with a special adhesive made of PVC material. For optimal adhesion, the walls must be dry, smooth, and free of any protrusions. PVC skirting is known for its solidity, durability, ease of maintenance, resistance to rot, static electricity, and noise reduction.
