1) Product Warranty – 10 Years (Limited)
SEAMORA™ flooring materials are covered for ten (10) years against manufacturing defects under normal indoor residential use.

This warranty covers:

• Material delamination caused by product defect
• Premature peeling due to material failure

This warranty does not cover:

• Substrate cracks, movement, settlement, or moisture issues
• Hollow tiles or unstable base not rectified before installation
• Impact damage, scratches, dents, or abuse
• Chemical damage or use of harsh cleaning agents
• UV yellowing in areas without UV-resistant topcoat
• Normal wear and tear

2) Workmanship Warranty – 12 Months
Installation workmanship is covered for twelve (12) months from completion date.

This covers:

• Adhesion failure due to improper application
• Bubbling or peeling directly caused by installation error

It does not cover:

• Base floor defects
• Pre-existing cracks or moisture
• Damage caused after handover
• Changes made by other contractors
