1. PURPOSE
This agreement confirms that the installation works carried out by PanelCraft have been completed, inspected, and handed over to the client in satisfactory condition. All workmanship meets company quality standards.
2. INSTALLER RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
- All installations must comply with company workmanship standards.
- Any workmanship issue that fails post-handover inspection must be rectified promptly.
- Workmanship-related rectification is not billable as extra labour or overtime.
Repeated or serious workmanship issues may result in:
- Deduction of half-day salary for negligence-related defects.
- Rectification day treated as unpaid.
- Placement on the monitoring/warning list.
3. INSTALLER OBLIGATIONS BEFORE HANDOVER
- Conduct full QC before leaving the site.
- Take clear dated photos of all completed areas.
- Obtain the client’s signature on this agreement.
4. JOB COMPLETION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By signing, the client acknowledges:
- They have inspected the completed works and are satisfied.
- Any outstanding issues have been written in the Remarks section.
