Our FREE 5-Year Extended Warranty is designed to give customers long-term peace of mind. It covers common functional issues under normal use, within warranty terms:

• Motor & mechanism: up to 5 years against manufacturing defects (parts replacement).
• Operational issues: sagging, jamming, and zipper tear (subject to assessment and warranty terms).
• Motor exchange: 1-to-1 motor exchange for covered motor defects within the warranty period (as per warranty terms).

Workmanship (Installation): 2 years warranty for installation-related defects under normal use.

• Year 1–2: Labour & transport are included for warranty-related issues.
• Year 3–5: Parts remain covered for manufacturing defects, but site attendance / transport / labour are chargeable at prevailing rates.

Additional charges may apply where access requirements exist (e.g. high-floor access, scaffold, specialised equipment), if required for servicing.

The following are not covered:

• Fabric damage due to misuse/accident: cuts, tears, burns, pet damage, impact damage.
• Unauthorised repair/alteration and any resulting faults.
• Power supply issues (e.g. unstable power, incorrect wiring, external electrical faults).
• Lack of reasonable cleaning/maintenance leading to performance issues.
• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, or discolouration due to environment/age.
• Water ingress during extreme wind-driven rain through perforated sunscreen fabric (zipblinds are weather screens and are not a watertight seal).

Zipblinds are designed as weather screens to reduce glare, heat, and wind impact. They are not a watertight seal. During extreme wind-driven rain, water may pass through perforated sunscreen fabric.

• Our team will review and advise the next steps.
• A service visit will be arranged based on scheduling availability.

• If the issue is confirmed under warranty and within the free labour period (Year 1–2), labour & transport are included.
• If the issue is non-warranty, or if it is after the free labour period (Year 3–5), charges apply at prevailing rates.
• Access-related requirements (e.g. high-floor access/scaffold) are chargeable if required.
