Warranty does not cover:

- Labour, onsite service or transportation charges
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, glass damage or cosmetic damage
- Misuse, accidental damage or water damage
- Modification, dismantling or relocation by others
- Damage caused after handover
- Consumable parts

Acoustic Performance:
IsoPod is designed for sound reduction, not complete sound elimination. Actual sound reduction varies depending on noise frequency, volume, distance, surrounding environment, door sealing and installation condition.

For any warranty claim, replacement parts covered under warranty will be provided without material charge. Labour, transportation, delivery and onsite attendance are chargeable separately.
